Where we succeed:
Exclusive Early Childhood Focus: While many camps in the region cater to older children, our program is specifically tailored for the 3.5 to 6 age group, ensuring activities and interactions are developmentally appropriate and enriching.
Flexible Registration Options: Understanding the diverse scheduling needs of families, we offer both weekly and daily registration options, providing the flexibility to choose the attendance that best suits your family's summer plans.
Holistic Development Approach: Our camp emphasizes a balance of child-led play and structured activities, fostering creativity, social skills, and a love for learning in a safe and supportive setting.
A Typical Day at Playgroup Summer Camp Theme Depending (9:00 AM – 1:30 PM):
9:00 – 9:30 AM | Welcome & Morning Warm-Up: Children are greeted with soft play, storytelling, and gentle movement exercises to start the day with joy and comfort.
9:30 – 10:15 AM | Creative Exploration: Engaging in themed activities such as sensory play, arts and crafts, or simple STEM projects, campers explore their creativity and problem-solving skills.
10:15 – 10:45 AM | Snack & Social Time: A communal snack break allows children to practice independence and develop social connections with peers.
10:45 – 11:30 AM | Big Play & Discovery: Active play through group games, Montessori-inspired learning stations, or imaginative play sessions keeps children physically active and mentally stimulated.
11:30 – 12:15 PM | Special Program of the Day: Each day features a unique focus, such as Music Mondays with rhythm and movement, or Wonder Wednesdays exploring nature and simple science concepts.
12:15 – 12:45 PM | Lunch & Wind Down: A relaxed lunch period provides time for nourishment and casual conversation, fostering a sense of community.
12:45 – 1:30 PM | Cozy Close: The day concludes with quiet activities like storytime or mindfulness exercises, preparing children for a calm transition home.
